Robeson Community College offers short-term stackable credentials to assist students in building foundational skills desired by many healthcare employers.  Currently, employers are looking for entry-level healthcare workers with multiple skill sets. BOOST participants are encouraged to complete the Certified Nursing Assistant or EMS certificate, and add additional credentials such as Phlebotomy or Medication Aide.  Credentials are portable, giving students the option of beginning a career or continuing to work on an advanced program - or both, if they are able to.  The credentials are linked to career and advanced academic programs .
