Assessing Your Personality...How Does the Cookie Crumble?



BOOST staff staff recently hosted a Lemonade and Cookie Social that included a quirky but scientific personality assessment.  Of the 46 participants who attended the social most identified their favorite cookie as Oatmeal Raisin which suggests they “have a spark that gets ideas and plans up and running.”  Oatmeal Raisin cookie lovers would work well in a team environment and would be essential in goal attainment.  If you would like to know what your favorite cookie says about your personality click here.    It is a given that teamwork is essential to effective job and school performance.  As you prepare to work and learn the strengths and weaknesses of team members it is also important that you learned more about yourself.  CFNC offers many free tools to assess your personality as well as suitable career options.  Have fun exploring and learning more about you!
