Enroll In Robeson Community College's EKG Technician Course

Enroll In Robeson Community College's EKG Technician Course

Robeson Community College, in partnership with BOOST, is offering an EKG/ECG Technician course through the Workforce Development Division.   Day and evening classes will start on Monday May 9th 2016 and run through to July 14th 2016 for the evening class and August 3rd  2016 for the day class.  Tuition is $180 for the course plus the cost of books $139.  Inquire about available scholarship opportunities if interested.

Students will gain knowledge of the heart and cardiac terminology.  For those interested, you can read more about what EKG technicians need to know and what they do in our Stackable Credentials section here on the website. The average salary for an EKG/ECG Technician can range from $9-$20 an hour or an annual salary of $20K – $42K.

BOOST Accepts First Cohort of Students

BOOST is excited to accept it's first Cohort of students during the Fall 2014 semester.  All participants completed Robeson Community College's admissions procedures, a BOOST application, and program interview.  Students will pursue the BOOST Quick Start core and entry-level healthcare credentials to include Certified Nursing Aide I.  Hats Off to the first Cohort!!
